Newborn photography is a once in a lifetime experience as your new little bundle of joy will grow in the blink of an eye. Capturing these photos including teeny tiny details is an investment that you will treasure forever.
Most newborn sessions take place within the first 14 days after the baby is born. At this stage, I can pose your baby in those sleepy positions that you will see in my portfolio. After two weeks it is still possible to photograph your newborn and I photograph babies in newborn sessions up to 12 weeks, however, babies tend to be less sleepy and want to stretch out the older they get. Photos are still doable, but you get lots more eye contact and less of those sleepy curled up poses. If your baby is over the 12 week mark, check out my baby milestone sessions.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK?
The ideal time to book your newborn session is during pregnancy, usually in your second or early third trimester. This ensures I have the availability around your due date. Once you have decided which package is right for you, you will be asked to pay a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure a slot. I will book you in for a flexible session date that is confirmed when your baby has arrived. No stressing or rushing, simply just let me know when they have made their appearence, let me know how your birth went and I can book you in on a date that suits you.

Something I am incredibly passionate about is keeping my newborn sessions as affordable as I possibly can, because every family deserves the chance to capture those first fleeting days.
That’s is why I’ve created three simple pricing tiers, designed to give you flexibility and choice. Whether you’re looking for something small and meaningful or a more complete newborn experience, there’s hopefully an option that fits comfortably within everyone's budget. Additionally, I have now added a payment plan with my higher priced sessions like newborn, babies and cake smash sessions. A simple, wrapped-only session designed to keep costs down while still creating those beautiful memories. Babies are wrapped throughout the full session, keeping them sleepy and relaxed.

This is a gently posed newborn session that allows for multiple poses. I will work at your baby’s pace, allowing plenty of time for comfort, feeds, and cuddles. This session also includes a mix of wrapped and gentle poses & includes parents and siblings upon request.

The full newborn experience is the perfect package for capturing every aspect of a newborn session. Your session will include wrapped and unwrapped, gentle posing, props, detailed shots of baby's little hands & feet and also includes family, siblings, and optional pets for no extra cost.
SIMPLY WRAPPED NEWBORN SESSION
SIMPLY WRAPPED
A simple, wrapped-only session designed to keep costs down while still creating those beautiful memories. Babies are wrapped throughout the full session, keeping them sleepy and relaxed.

- Up to 1 hour studio session
- Baby only
- Wrapped poses only.
- Two simple setups to choose from including bucket, basket, bed, swing, moses basket and flokati (fluffy backdground).
- Up to 2 colour choices.
- 5 fully edited digital images
