Prepping for your Mini Session!
I will be going over what to expect from your mini session with Amy Gray Photography to make sure you are prepped for your shoot! This guide is to answer any questions you may have, and most importantly, to make sure you have fun at your session! I want you to ultimately love the photos from your session, but I also want you to have fun taking them.
Firstly.. Meet Amy!
Having fun and making everyone comfortable regardless of the session is something that I pride myself in.. and to do that, I want you to know a bit about me! I live in Girvan by the sea and photography has always been a passion of mine. I currently work through the week with a grassroots recovery organisation and do photography on evenings or weekends. So if I am not out at work facilitating a recovery group, at my studio shooting or editing my next session, then I am spending time with my wife, Cian and our two fur babies.

Turn into mosshill industrial estate and follow the route all the way down, past Planet Fitness.

If you travel the road down, you will get to the big glass building - you have arrived!

Park in the car park and enter through the main doors.
My Studio
Once you go through the automatic doors, you will be in the lobby. There will be a reception desk with my name, contact number and buzzer on it. Simply just press this and I will be right down!

My mini sessions are super time-sensitive and to ensure the full day goes smoothly, I encourage everyone to do anything it takes to make sure they are on time for their session.
So.. Make sure the kids have gone to the toilet, baby's have been fed and changed, snacks have been had, hair is done, outfit is on and we are all ready to go on your time slot!
I book my 30 minute slots back to back, and so if you are late - unfortunately that time will have to be taken out of your session, otherwise it would cause a whole domino effect with the sessions after you and I hope you understand.
Despite having only 30 minutes in your session, we will be able to get a varied amount of photos in that time with all different poses and I am sure you will love the results!
I have a basket full of toys such as building blocks, a xylophone and books. Additional children that aren't getting photographed or even ones that I have finished getting their photo taken are free to play with any of the items to keep entertained!
For the adults, I have a coffee bar at my studio and you are more than welcome to help yourself to a tea or coffee, they are provided in little takeaway mugs so you are more than welcome to take one for the road before you leave!
Please let me know ahead of time if you have any issues with you or your children being on social media, on the day, I will most likely be taking a couple of behind the scenes videos or pictures and will be uploading sneak peeks of sessions through the week.. but please do let me know and I am more than happy to accommodate.
